Jim was an absolute joy to work with in finding my first home. Jim was very patient with me with going into the process of determining what location fit the best (whether downtown denver or castle rock), what size of house, and everything in between. Once everything was determined by me, seeing houses and scheduling the viewing was a piece of cake. He was very open to setting up showings very fast, giving me advice on houses that showed better potential for resale (when the time comes), and closing the deal. If you need a guy that is in your court throughout the entire process of buying a house, give great advice and will get the job done fast and efficiently, Jim is your man!

Jim Garcia is an incredible agent. I Have friends that are real estate agents and I went with Jim Garcia because he is honest, straight forward and professional. Jim and his team did a great job listing , staging, and selling my house. Jim was able to negotiate a low ball offer into a closing price above asking. Now that is an agent who is working for his client. Real estate is never a smooth process and our deal had plenty of bumps but Jim handled every one with grace and professionalism. There are many agents out there but I feel Jim is the best because he does what he says he will do and always has the clients best interest in mind. A lot of agents will just take the low ball offer and not do anything to really help the client because they need to make a sale and their commission is not much different if the house closes at a lower price. I can not say enough good things about Jim Garcia and his team. I recommend him to everyone.

I am tremendously grateful to Jim and I’m so glad I found him. I researched a lot of Agents in the area and I kept coming back to all of the favorable reviews his previous clients left. Boy, I wasn’t disappointed. I was new to the Colorado real estate market and frankly, I was pretty apprehensive being a buyer in this tight market. If it wasn’t for Jim, I don’t think I would have found my home. He was so patient and answered every single one of my questions without hesitation. As others have said, he was almost instantaneous responding to my texts, calls, and emails. Our buying experience was nothing short of wonderful. We found our home in two hours, put an offer in by the end of the day, and the seller accepted our offer out of four! Jim walked us through all the inspections all the way through closing. He knows everyone in Castle Rock. If I need work around the house, he always has a great recommendation! Jim is a true gentleman. He’s the best.

Calling Jim Garcia to help sell our home turned out to be the best decision of our transition to Oregon. We knew we were getting a great person on our side, but he surpassed our expectations. Upon his first visit, we were wowed by his great personality and ability to put us at ease. He asked us our goals and time lines and made a plan to get us where we wanted to go based on that information. He left us with a list of tasks to focus upon and prepare our home to show. This is where Jim’s connections started to add value. He recommended an excellent home stager to help us highlight the beauty of our home. Jim knows the Castle Rock area like the back of his hand. His selling price analysis was a precise exercise in which his knowledge of the neighborhood provided insight into our market. He didn’t just shoot out an automated report like other realtors do. He took the time and effort to actually analyze it himself. This resulted in a final sale somewhat close to our asking price and above our original expectations. In addition, he knew how to market our home. The pictures on our listing made us almost regret selling the place! We put our trust in Jim and it paid off. Jim’s negotiation skills were excellent, which enabled us to receive the best price for our home. We believe that the area that sets him far above any other real estate agent is his attention to detail and knowledge of real estate contracts. We could not have made a better choice than Jim Garcia to help us sell our home in the Meadows of Castle Rock. Jim is as customer focused as anyone we have worked with in any business. As many of his other reviews indicate, he returns calls, emails and texts nearly instantaneously. We were consistently amazed at his speed in getting back to us. And, he always made us feel that our question, request, etc. was the most important thing he had going, no matter what its nature. His skill, knowledge and experience were all outstanding. We knew that selling a home for the first time would be a stressful experience. And the best way to get through the process is to have a real estate agent you can depend on. We needed a trusted agent who knows contractors that do good work, returns all of your phone calls and has solutions for all of the unexpected challenges that come up during the home sale process. Also, we wanted an agent who would negotiate a fair price and not cave in to the first offer. Jim performed all of these duties admirably and much more. He never stopped working till the buyers signed the docs. We would recommend Jim to anyone who needs an agent but is unsure of who to call.

Jim Garcia is absolutely incredible. I have had 2 horrible and expensive experiences with 2 previous Realtors, so I was afraid to sell and buy again. Fortunately, another lady referred me to him and he has been outstanding. He sold my house on the 2nd offer, at a great price, with no hassle whatsoever. I will be closing on my new place shortly, once again using Jim. He even handled all the details/deadlines while I was in Hawaii for 9 days. He is unequivocally a MASTER at negotiations. And he does it with integrity, class, great wit, he never misses any detail, can’t say enough about him. Whenever I’d have a question or request, he’d respond by, “I’m on it”. And that was all I needed to hear and believe. Never had to wait in suspense, he always kept me up to date on everything and responds immediately. And this part is huge: when I’d get worried about whatever, he always knew how to calm me down with his great wit and experience. And his commissions were much more than fair. Jim Garcia provided his professional Realtor services of my single family home in the Meadows, Castle Rock, Colorado. Selling my first home, his advice, support and guidance exceeded my expectations at every level and should the definition of full service. My first expectation is communication and this is where Jim excelled. Super-fast responses via text message, email or voice, always providing instant updates and guidance throughout the entire process. Documentation and signature requirements were professionally completed easily via email communicating with a secure server for fast approval, moving the process along to the next step. Upon listing the home, the home appeared online for all major Real Estate web sites soon after approvals completed and initial requirements. When my home went live, it was under contract in 2 days with 2 offers. Many sellers reject Veterans with VA financing. Jim encouraged me to accept an offer from a Veteran, displaying deep respect and desire to support them after their service. Home inspection and repair. Jim’s great knowledge of process, management and contractor repair connections provided the conduit to complete the required repairs within the time lines required and adhering the VA financing guidelines. All the while, I had relocated to Florida and his continued great communication permitted me to adjust to my new home completing all requirement via online and closed the transaction in 30 days. I have worked with Jim Garcia for several years doing many home inspections for his clients. I’ve found Jim reviews the homes meticulously with his clients for condition to insure each home meets his criteria before encouraging his clients to perform a home inspection. Because of this, he’s been able to present better quality homes for his clients and when I inspect these homes, we find fewer items that are safety or major concerns. He values his clients and contractors which is why he has been very successful as a Realtor. As a home inspector, he encourages me to find all issues in a home and inform his clients of my findings. His integrity is second to none. Because of this, he meets his client’s expectations.

He genuinely cared about finding us a place that not only suited us as a couple, but was within our budget and in the area in which we wanted to find a house. Once again this year we have worked with Jim Garcia on both a condo purchase and a condo sale. The real estate market here in CO has become a difficult challenge mostly to buyers. We truly believe that had we not used Jim as our real estate professional, we most likely would not have successfully purchased our condo and at a fair market price as well. He was able to negotiate an offer (without us having to offer tens of thousands over asking price) and get us under contract within the first day of coming on the market, which is no easy challenge. This was a most difficult transaction also because we were not told until days later by the seller’s realtor that there were major complications due to pending bankruptcy proceedings which delayed the process substantially. Jim was able to communicate with ease with the court system and relay information to us in a timely matter. Our property recently sold by Jim was also a very trying process due to the buyer’s lender delays. Again, we had two offers the first few days on the market and closed about 5 weeks later. We have learned through these two processes how important it is to have a realtor that has excellent negotiating/communication skills, and strives to keep ethical values as well. There were problems as stated in both transactions, and much of it had to do with the other realtor not being forthright with information, or advising their clients to make an offer that they were clearly not going to follow through with. During both transactions, Jim has been patient, always putting our best interests first. He kept the communication lines open every step of the way and when we did call or ask a question he returned our call promptly. Jim is also very well versed with local issues and has been helpful with local references such as handymen, landscapers, etc. He is very knowledgeable with the various school systems in Douglas County. Needless to say, we recommend Jim Garcia for all of your real estate needs.

Met Jim in December re selling my condo in Aurora and buying a home in Parker/Castle Rock. Condo sold immediately. Jim’s team, the photographer and stager, were incredible! Jim always has immediate response to contact and is very knowledgeable of all aspects of buying/selling, ie knows his people, territory, real estate rules and regulations, etc. I’ve relocated a lot in the last 15 years in California, Texas and now Colorado and find Jim to be the best.
