Look No Further - Jim is the Best!

When my husband and I began the adventure of purchasing our first home, there were a lot of nerves around whether or not we were making the right choice -- we wondered about the timing of our purchase, about budgeting, about location -- all of it! The one thing we never had to wonder about was whether or not we'd chosen an excellent realtor. Jim is the best there is. Within the span of a few weeks, Jim took us to see over 50 houses, and shared his knowledge with us to help us feel confident we were selecting the right one. Amid all the showings, he taught us about common pitfalls to avoid when house hunting, and encouraged us that the perfect house was out there. Jim was an ally in the purchasing process, and helped make sure that we got a fair price for our home. When it came time to close on our house, we knew that we had gotten a great deal and the best home out there for us. We recommend him to all of our friends and family who may be looking for a home in the Denver area!

We didn't realize the importance of finding a knowledgeable real estate agent when we selected Jim Garcia to be our Buyer's Agent. We found him through a friend to help us after we visited an open house, and it was "the one." Jim walked us through the process of making an offer, and he represented us well during the inspection and transaction. He was knowledgeable, patient, and responsive. The Seller's Agent was a stark contrast, making us even happier that we were working with Jim. We look forward to working with Jim Garcia as our agent in the future.

Amazing experience!

I’ve used Jim as an agent before and will definitely use him again. We looked at a few properties and he knew what I wanted, listened to my priorities and he also pointed out flaws in places that I overlooked. I never felt pushed or pressured in any decision and he also comes with a great team (Donna) that keeps you informed throughout the entire process.

Excellent!!!

Jim deserves ten stars!! My husband had some health issues and I was left with the responsibility of selling our past home and purchasing a new one. Jim helped me through the process, especially the loopholes and his excellent advice, guidance, and going the extra mile for us during this stressful time was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend him and thank God he was recommended to us by our daughter!

I hired Jim Garcia for 3 reason, to be the agent for selling my house. 1. His marketing strategies were fantastic. 2. His knowledge of contract negotiations superb 3. Left in horrible position by past realtor, Jim bailed us out

We had the problem as many do. You hire a realtor, they take some skewed photos and post a listing. And then it’s crickets. After having this experience with a past realtor, we were left dead in the water. Our listing went stale and we were without hope. Seeing as the last realtor was a personal recommendation we were even more lost. Then we found Jim. And let me tell you, he is the type of realtor you want. He stepped in, and proved why he is in the highest eschelon of realtors! He was quick, determined and got the job done. He was available to us at a time where we felt burned and were hesitant to see a way out. But wow, we were not disappointed and he was caring and kind to our dilemma. He was able to come to us with multiple creative solutions that were obviously a product of a professional who has been in the field for years. He will be in it realtor for as long as he wants! We appreciate him dearly and for us there isn’t another realtor out there that we would consider! Go with Jim, he won’t let you down. We are forever grateful to him and appreciate his skills.

Jim Garcia is 5 stars all the way - both as a listing agent and as a buyer's agent. Plus, he is a skilled negotiator. Not only did he get us the house we wanted in Castle Rock, but the seller chose our bid out of multiple bids. He also sold our house in record time during the recent housing downturn. I wish I could have taken Jim with me to Texas! He is the best around.
